These Terms of Sevice grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to the use the services, without the right to grant sublicenses, subject to the terms and conditions in this agreement.

Payment

You agree to pay for the usage associated with your account according to our pricing and subscription terms. Accounts will be billed on the first business day of each month, with full payment due within 15 days.

Subscriptions may be changed or canceled at any time, and outstanding usage will be billed at the end of the final period.

You will be held liable for any charges accrued under your account. You agree to keep your account credentials confidential, and if you become aware of unathorized use, to reset your account credentials immediately.

Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your right to use our services and terminate your access immediately for any breach of these terms. To the extent permitted by law, no credit will be available for interruptions of service resulting from any violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Chicago, Illinois in connection with any dispute arising hereunder.

We reserve the right to review and amend these terms at our discretion and without notice.
